Rijnmond Center for Youth and Family Foundation (CJG Rijnmond) wishes to conclude one (1) Framework Agreement with regard to the realization of a WAN infrastructure and associated services. The Framework Agreement is concluded with one (1) tenderer. The WAN infrastructure offered must provide for linking the entire CJG Rijnmond ICT domain. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the award criterion best price-quality ratio (most economically advantageous tender). The various assessment criteria and their weighting are given in appendix 4 - assessment criteria.
