The object of the order is to perform the task in the design and build system for the project: “Expansion of the commune road No. 103573F in Szprotawa” and “Expansion of municipal roads No. 005947F, No. 005943Fi No. 005935F in Wiechlicy”
Stage III - Expansion of Mickiewicz Street and part of Basztowa along with the expansion of the junction with Anders and Katedralna streets and the reconstruction of the junction with Słowackiego and Krasiński Street (km 2+125 - km 2+350)
1) The scope of the order includes:
(a) Development of complete project documentation for all necessary industries (construction project, executive) for the task in question and obtaining decisions, opinions, permits, arrangements and approvals arising from the scope of the project and accepting the complete documentation by the Contracting Authority .
(b) The execution of construction works on the task in accordance with the technical documentation and the TWIORB and the relevant provisions of law.
2) Design work and construction work shall be carried out in accordance with the Functional and Utilities Programme annex 7 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party authorizes immaterial changes to the Functional and Utilities Programmes.
3) The order includes designing, obtaining the required decisions and permits for construction and construction of the object of the contract. As part of the execution of the contract, all necessary design developments shall be carried out together with the necessary opinions and technical conditions, obtain on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority all the arrangements, permits, authorisations, decisions and consent necessary for the performance of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the terms of the contract and build the subject of the contract and obtain a decision on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party on the authorisation of use.
4) Planned investment includes construction/extension/reconstruction of municipal roads located in Szprotawa
5) The scope of the investment includes the implementation of Phase III of road expansion within the framework of projects i.e.:
“Expansion of municipal road No. 103573F in Szprotawa” and “Expansion of municipal roads No. 005947F, No. 005943Fi No. 005935F in Wiechlice”
