The works to be carried out consist of the adaptation of the Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV station for the ROISSY - PICARDY rail link.

The work of the "Structural Works" trade will be carried out by a company or a group of companies with the following four main qualifications:

- QUALIBAT 1143 : Demolition by coring or sawing (Superior technicality)

- QUALIBAT 2212 : Reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete (Confirmed technicality)

- QUALIBAT 1222 : Underpinning (Technicality confirmed)

- QUALIBAT 2412 : Metal Constructions and Structures (Confirmed Technicality)

Works for all trades.

The main facilities are:

- Construction of a 6.5 km section of new double-track line between, on the one hand, the high-speed interconnection line to the north of the Roissy airport platform and, on the other hand, the connection to the conventional Paris-Creil-Amiens line at Marly la Ville,

- Completion of improvements at Survilliers Fosses station: creation of new platforms, a footbridge allowing passengers to access these platforms and ensure interconnection with the RER D, and adaptation of the signalling of the existing lines to the connections,

- At CDG2 TGV Airport station, creation of a new platform and vertical circulation serving it, removal of an existing track to set up this platform and addition of rail communications allowing trains to pass from one track to another,

- In La Chapelle en Serval, creation of a new electrical switching station on an existing platform at the edge of the tracks,

- In Amiens, electrification of 3 tracks of the Amiens Freight network in order to increase storage capacity in the Amiens railway complex,

- In the forest of Chantilly (Orry la Ville), construction of an upper wildlife passage, an environmental support measure contributing to the continuity of the major ecological corridors in the north of the Paris region.

In a possible 2nd phase:

- Extension of the new tracks between the connection to Marly-la-Ville and the Survilliers Fosses station, known as the "doublet de voie de Saint Witz". The railway line would then be reduced from 4 to 6 main tracks between the connection to Marly-la-Ville and the station (including 2 local roads used by the RER D), with a widening of the existing railway platform, built on the east side over about 2 km,

- Creation of a 4th platform track at Chantilly Gouvieux station (Gouvieux side).
