Proposals regarding the conditions for taking out a loan:
1. Long-term loan up to PLN 3,197,859.00.
2. Repayment period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2033
3. Starting the loan:
- within 3 days from the date of signing the contract at the borrower's request,
- the final date of using the loan by 31.12.2023 up to PLN 3,197,859.00.
4. Grace period for repayment of capital installments until 30.03.2031
5. During the grace period, interest payment service.
6. Repayment of loan installments quarterly, interest per month.
7. Repayments of capital instalments shall be as follows:
- commencement of repayments on 31.03.2031 to 31.12.2033,
- 12 instalments in the amount of PLN 266,488.25,
8. Accrual of interest only on the loan mobilised.
9. No commission for readiness.
10. Possibility of early repayment of the loan at no additional cost.
11. The loan repayment will be secured by the county's income and a blank promissory note.
12. The Ordering Party does not allow any additional fees or commissions for the preparation of the contract and consideration of the application.
14. Use of the loan as at 31.12.2023 up to the amount of PLN 3,197,859.00.
