Description:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of conventional two-view X-ray devices, along with the adaptation of the necessary infrastructure in Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the Order is:

-delivery with assembly, configuration and commissioning: devices for security control of checked baggage, workstations used to operate two-view X-ray equipment, server (hereinafter: RTG Server) with the necessary complete infrastructure, used to support new X-ray equipment networked with it and Workstations with software enabling the display of images on Workstation monitors, i.e. devices listed in points 1 and 2 above, with the function of projecting virtual images of threats, along with a management console

-design, delivery, installation and commissioning: the RTG Management System, including the connection of x-ray equipment, Server, Administration Station and Workstations; Lan; luggage conveyors (conveyor belts) necessary to implement the functionality of the BHS system together with the SCADA system

The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 SWZ.

1. The object of the order is:

1) delivery with assembly, configuration and commissioning of devices for security control of checked baggage – the number and location of devices are included in Table 2 of Annex 1 to the SWZ and in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ;

2) delivery along with assembly, configuration and commissioning of workstations (hereinafter: Workstations or Analysis Stations) used to operate two-view X-ray equipment – the number and location of devices are included in Table 2 of Annex 1 to the SWZ and in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ;

3) delivery with assembly, configuration and commissioning of a server (hereinafter: RTG Server) with the necessary complete infrastructure used to support new X-ray equipment and Workstations networked with it together with software enabling the display of images on Workstation monitors, i.e. devices listed in points 1 and 2 above, having the function of projecting virtual images of threats, as well as with a management console (Management Console or Administration Station) – the location of the Server and the management console is specified in Table 2 of Annex 1 to the SWZ and in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ;

4) design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the RTG Management System (hereinafter: the System), along with connecting x-ray equipment, Server, Administration Station and Workstations;

5) design, delivery, configuration and commissioning of the LAN;

6) design, delivery along with assembly, configuration and commissioning of luggage conveyors (conveyor belts), necessary to implement the functionality of the BHS system together with the SCADA system, described in point 4 and point 5.3. Description of the subject of the contract (constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ), together with supporting structures necessary for the proper functioning of conveyors;

7) dismantling with liquidation of existing MVT-HR and eXaminer SX devices and unnecessary elements of the luggage line – location of existing X-ray Scanners to be transferred according to point 5.4 and Table 1 of Annex 1 to the SWZ;

8) conducting training for persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of: ongoing service, servicing and administration of the BHS line, X-ray devices, Workstations and the Server together with the Management Console;

9) designing and constructing, or designing and adapting the power supply to the places of installation of all new equipment, including in particular the BHS line, x-ray equipment, Server, Workstations, Management Console, in accordance with the requirements specified by the equipment manufacturers.

10) design, delivery and assembly of air-conditioning systems dedicated to X-ray equipment, if the execution of these installations will be necessary for the proper functioning of the above-mentioned devices, in accordance with the requirements specified by the manufacturers of the equipment (air-conditioning installations are designed to collect excess heat generated during the operation of x-ray equipment in such a way that the operation of the devices does not disturb the heat balance of existing rooms, in which the above-mentioned devices will be installed).

11) Development of project documentation;

a) Detailed design constituting comprehensive technical documentation for all industries, comprehensively covering all elements of RTG and BHS systems, in particular described in Chapter III u. 1. SWZ and OPZ. The Contractor shall deliver the project within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

b) As-built design in accordance with the provisions of this SWZ and OPZ.

2. The detailed scope and technical requirements concerning the subject of the contract are included in the following materials:

1) Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ

2) Location of buildings (diagram) – Annex 1.1 to SWZ

3) Data on baggage sorting – Annex 1.2. to SWZ

4) Data on the existing BHS system together with the power supply network – Annex 1.2. to SWZ

5) General assumptions for equipment insurance and the Contractor - Annex 1.4 to the SWZ.
