North Sea Port wishes to appoint a facility service provider for the cleaning and maintenance of its buildings. The cleaning method is partly result-oriented, partly performance-oriented.

North Sea Port attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility and wishes to conclude an agreement with a service provider that approaches this in the same way without affecting the service provision.
