Project management assistance for the development of rail freight in the port of Port-la-Nouvelle

The framework agreement is composed of an ordinary party and a party to subsequent contracts. The party to subsequent contracts shall be without minimum amount with a maximum amount set at EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. For the entire duration of the framework agreement, it was changed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code.
