The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public contract for the supply and supply of electricity to the delivery points of Saint-Louis Agglomération, the municipality of Bartenheim, the municipality of Blotzheim, Kappelen municipality / Knoeringue municipality / Kembs municipality / Ranspach-le-Haut municipality / Rosenau municipality / Sierentz municipality / Village-Neuf municipality. These communities have concluded for this purpose a group of orders of which Saint-Louis Agglomération is the coordinator. The services are thus intended to cover the transmission and supply of electricity to the delivery points listed in annexes 1 and 2 of the CCP.

Duration of the lot: this contract is concluded from the date of notification until 31.12.2020. However, the performance of services will start on 1.1.2019 and end on 31.12.2020. The discrepancy between the date of notification and the start date of the services takes into account the delays inherent in the change of supplier procedure, which includes in particular all the steps taken by the holder vis-à-vis the network operator. This period is indicated in the candidate's offer. In any case, all scales must be completed by 31.12.2018.
