This requirement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of LED lighting solutions (*see note below).

The service shall include, but not be limited to, solutions involving: design, installation, product supply, commissioning, refresh/replacement, decommissioning, and end of life disposal. The service shall also include provision of options for the financial funding of such solutions.

*Please note - this requirement is for the provision of lighting solutions which are primarily (but not exclusively) based on use of LED technology. It is recognised that some specific applications within any solution, or lighting scheme, may at times need to utilise other lighting technologies.
