The subject of the contract is the execution of comprehensive design, cost estimate and STWiOR documentation together with obtaining the necessary permits, arrangements and opinions required by separate regulations, and the fulfilment of investor supervision. The planned work, which will be carried out on the basis of the project documentation, is aimed at: increasing the retention of water in forest areas by maintaining existing and creating new water and mud areas, increasing the degree of safety flood control and drought by water retention, anti-protection of land and contiguous areas, restoring conditions before dehydration, increasing the stability of the banks of escarpments. The designed actions are aimed at increasing the retention capabilities of moist habitats, reducing the effects of drought, improving water relations in five forestry.

Zielonka Forestry:

• Construction of three factors/piling equipment on the R-41 ditch (Ward 84 and 109). R-41 is a forest ditch that takes its beginning in the vicinity of the Great Brda Canal, and is located on the border of two forestry branches, i.e. Branch No. 12-25-2-13-109 and Branch No. 12-25-2-13-84. The trench mainly takes over and drains water from the WKB causeway. On the initial stretch there is a field underlying in which water accumulates. The purpose of making three piling objects of wooden construction is to increase the water resources of this place. A piling object on a ditch draining water in a distance of 131a will stop the dehumidifying of a valuable marsh of up to 1.6 ha in a distance of 131b. Object parameters are defined by the Concept (x. 10 to SWZ);

• Construction of four piling facilities on the R-Biała ditch and Karaski Trench (branch 131, 155, 156). The R-Biała Trench is a forest ditch, which takes its beginning in the vicinity of the Great Brda Canal is located on the border of forest branches, i.e. branch no. 12-25-2-13-155; 12-25-2-13-156 and branch no. 12-25-2-13-131 (Karaski ditch). The ditch mainly takes over and drains watershed from the causeway of the WKB. The purpose of making four piling objects of wooden construction is to increase the water resources of this place. Object parameters are defined by the Concept (x. 10 to SWZ);

• Construction of a valve (branch 181a) that controls the outflow of water from a reservoir in the area of ecological land in 199d in the village of Zielonka. This reservoir is a natural inforest lake fed by waters that are run through a network of drainage ditches that drainage green use. The purpose of valve construction is to preserve the reservoir and to enlarge the water-mud areas present in its neighborhood. The construction of the valve will allow to stabilize the level of the water mirror in ecological use by 1.4 hectares. 199g (jez. Dry) especially during the breeding season of birds. Parameters of the valve are determined by the Concept (Annex No. 10 to SWZ).

Lipce Forestry:

The construction of six piling structures (piling thresholds, valves), a dike on a ditch in the 33p branch, and the strengthening and exaltation of the forest road (periodically inundated as a result of beaver activities) along with culvert, as well as the restoration and fortification of ditches within the road. The purpose of the construction of wooden structures and dikes is to increase the water resources of this place (the direct area of impact is indicated in the view maps contained in the Concept. The parameters of objects (thresholds, valves) and dikes are defined by the Concept (Annex 10 to SWZ). The construction of dams and piling facilities in the range. 33p of the Lipce L-ctwa will cause damming of the waters draining into the Czerska Struga River and create a convenient habitat for the European beaver.

Forestry Dąbki:

Construction of an object/piling device on a ditch in branch 26 and a flooring object/device on a ditch in branch 48. The purpose of the construction of both wooden flooring objects is to increase the water resources of this place (the direct area of impact is indicated in the maps the viewings contained in the Concept. Object parameters are defined by the Concept (Annex No. 10 to SWZ).

Ustronie Forestry:

Construction of an object/piling device on a ditch in branch 64 The purpose of constructing a wooden structure is to increase the water resources of this place (the direct area of impact is indicated in the view maps contained in the Concept. Lipov Forestry:

Construction of an object/piling device on a ditch in Chapter 270.
