The contract covers project management services, change management but also representation and process optimization for HUG. These requests are partly filled by internal PPD resources, but the workload is variable and the skills required for the different projects are not always available, which is why the PPD regularly uses external service providers to help it carry out its missions. Finally, the DPP is called upon to advise medical departments and may recommend that they use external service providers.
