Preservation of evidence of the buildings in the area of influence (approx. 8 residential, administrative and commercial buildings and an allotment garden) before the start and after completion of the construction project and, if necessary, vibration measurements during construction and dust measurements over the entire construction period.

The ISEK Hillerheide, which was developed in 2015 on behalf of the city of Recklinghausen and decided by the council, defines the following five lead projects (LP) for the development of the district Hillerheide:

1. “Future concept former trotted track”

2. “Urban integration Blitzkuhlenstraße”

3. “Attractive center Gertrudisplatz”

4. “Neighbourhood Life - Complementing and Networking Existing”

5. “Energetic district renovation”

The aim of the implementation of ISEK Hillerheide is to create a sustainable and future-proof residential area on the former trotting track area and to integrate it as best as possible into the grown Hillerheide district, taking into account the local development and infrastructure, the residents and their usage requirements.

Within the framework of LP1, the next step is the construction project of lake excavation and surface profiling.
