Removal of vehicles from public roads, by using a towing vehicle and transporting it to the place intended for storage. Transport of municipal vehicles in case of breakdown or accident. Surveillance tasks in sensitive areas of misuse of parking lots, with the presence of the Local Police. Any other crane service with characteristics similar to those described above, required by the Local Police, as well as those described in the specification of administrative, economic and technical conditions.

The object of the contract is the provision to the City Council of Sant Feliu de Guíxols of the following services, within the municipality of Sant Feliu de Guíxols:

Removal of vehicles from public roads or public spaces through the use of a tow truck in the cases in which the members of the Local Police require it in the exercise of their functions, the transport of the vehicle to the place destined by the City Council for its deposit, and the parking of the vehicle removed in the place specifically indicated, transport of municipal vehicles in case of breakdown or accident and transfer to the place designated by the Local Police for this purpose.

Any other crane service, with characteristics similar to the previous ones, required by the Local Police.

Surveillance tasks, with the presence of an agent of the Local Police, of the sensitive areas of misuse of the parking lots, such as loading and unloading areas, bus stops, parking lots reserved for the disabled, pedestrian crossings and others of similar, and proceed to remove the vehicles at the request of the Local Police agent who accompanies him.

Independently of the ordinary services, the contractor is obliged, in case of emergency, serious catastrophe or similar situations declared in accordance with civil protection legislation, to make the towing vehicle available to the competent municipal authority, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for the performance of the corresponding services.

The movement of the same vehicle between municipal temporary warehouses will be considered the same service as that of the withdrawal
