1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in organizing and operating the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) and Paid Parking Lots (PP) in the city of Tczew in the years 2023 – 2026.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in organizing and operating the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) and Paid Parking Lots (PP) in the city of Tczew in the years 2023 – 2026.

2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular:

1) organization and service of SPP and PP in Tczew,

2) organizing, equipping and running the Service Office of the Paid Parking Zone and Paid Parking Lots (BO SPP and PP), in the premises rented by the Contractor, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the SWZ contract,

3) equipping SPP and PP, at their own expense and by their own efforts, with parking meters with specific parameters, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract SWZ,

4) implementation and handling of settlements of revenues from parking meters, subscriptions and additional fees, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the SWZ contract,

5) conducting technical and organizational activities, at one's own expense and one's own efforts, related to the collection of parking fees and the ongoing maintenance of SPP and PP and their equipment, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the SWZ contract,

6) implementation and operation of the system of settling the actual downtime in SPP and PP, at its own expense and by one's own efforts, using a mobile phone, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order SWZ,

7) technical supervision and comprehensive service guaranteeing constant operational readiness of all devices used to enforce fees for parking in SPP and PP.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is indicated in point 3 of the SWZ and Annex 9 to the SWZ.
