The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, because the performance of these activities does not consist, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.

The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to submit the said means of evidence.
