The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and maintenance of forest facilities to be carried out in the Forest District of Rzepin in the year 2022 in forest houses: Drzecin, Biskupice and Kunowice. The proceedings shall be carried out under unlimited invitation to tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1), as referred to Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - “PZP”) and implementing acts to the PZP.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) to be implemented in the Forest area of Drzecin, Biskupice and Kunowice. The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.
