Lot n o 1 deals with the routine maintenance of public and sports lighting installations, as well as with lighting signs;
Lot n o 2 deals with the creation and major repairs of these same installations;
Finally, lot n o 3 only concerns festive illuminations.
Maintenance of public and sports lighting and light-signaling installations Lot n o 1 is concluded at mixed prices. The foreseeable maintenance services will be settled according to a fixed annual global price proposed by the contract holder, this offer representing the annual minimum amount of the framework agreement. One-off breakdown services will be settled on the basis of unit prices and order forms, with no minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of EUR 35,000.00 excluding taxes.
Creation and major repairs of public and sports lighting and light-signaling installations Lot n o 2 will be settled according to unit prices, by purchase order and for a maximum annual amount of 85 000,00 EUR HT. This amount will be identical for the possible periods of renewal.
Benefits related to festive illuminations Lot n o 3 will be settled according to unit prices, by purchase order and for a maximum annual amount of 105 000,00 EUR HT. This amount will be identical for the possible periods of renewal.
