In Ludwigsburg, a disposal building with student workplaces, lecture, seminar and office spaces and, at a later date, a seminar building with a refectory are to be built on the construction site of the old sports hall and the area to the west of the Reuteallee university complex. The space program for the disposal building to be realized as part of this measure comprises a total usable area of approx. 4,800 m 2nd NUF. These essentially consist of 2,000 m 2nd Classrooms, 1,200 m 2nd for student jobs and 1 000 m 2nd Office space.

Quality goal:

The building should meet the requirements for economy, flexibility, functionality, design and sustainability in an exemplary manner. The goal is to reduce the life cycle costs of the building.

Cost target

Funds of max. 19,000,000 EUR (gross) cost groups 300 + 400 according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12 provided. Specifically, the following funds are available for the corresponding KG: KG 440 + 540: 1 100 000 EUR (gross), KG 450: 950 000 EUR (gross), KG 460: 120 000 EUR (gross).

Date goal

Completion IV quarter 2025.

Specialist planning services for engineering services in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI for the construction of a disposal building for the PH and HVF Ludwigsburg, service phases 2-9 and the special services of service phases 3, 5 and 8 for the following investment groups in accordance with Section 53 HOAI No. 4: Heavy current systems; No. 5 telecommunications and information technology systems and No. 6 conveyor systems.
