Heavy renovation for the creation of a new location

- Demolition of the annex – park side;

- Asbestos removal;

- Construction of an extension (park side);

- Replacement and insulation of the roof;

- Replacement of exterior joinery;

- All interior fittings and finishing works (partitions, false ceilings, floor and wall coverings, interior joinery, plaster, paintings, ...);

- Placement of double flow ventilation groups;
