Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to carry out scheduled maintenance on water quality within various Schools, Academies and non-domestic properties. The supplier will also be expected to provide a service to a number of properties managed by Blackpool Coastal Housing.

All work will be in accordance with the Health and Safety Commission document ‘The control of legionella bacteria in water systems’ (L8), the NHS guidance, ‘Safe hot water and surface temperatures’ included booklets Operational management HTM 2027 and HTM 2040 and model engineering specification D08’.
