This consultation concerns the implementation of a framework agreement to order with a minimum and maximum amount, including:

This Master Standing Agreement has a minimum and a maximum amount as follows:

- Minimum amount: -50% of the nominal amount;

- Nominal amount: corresponds to the amount of the estimated quantities over 48 months;

- Maximum amount: +10% of the nominal amount.

The supply expected by the RATP will systematically include:

- The manoeuvring cabinet including;

o The power supply, separation and electrical protection (DTU) box;

o All the ancillary equipment necessary for its proper functioning;

o Landing and cab signalling;

o Pre-wired landing and cab button boxes;

o All the necessary connectors;

- The traction machine or hydraulic power unit;

- An oil cooler for hydraulic power plants.

For the replacement of machines, the contractor must provide the machine and its frame as well as the traction cables and pulleys. The functional study and installation of the machine will therefore be the responsibility of the holder.

The contractor must provide the report of his calculation notes.

All cables and pulleys must be designed for a minimum lifespan of 10 years.

The supply expected by the RATP may also include:

- All the necessary spinning;

- The elevator car (arch, floor, cladding, etc.);

- Factory blank pre-assembly of the frame + machine block for verification;

- Blank pre-assembly at the factory of all the ordered equipment for functional verification.

For each case, it will be stipulated to the holder during the statement whether or not the supply listed above is needed.
