1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. in Sosnowiec with a total estimated volume of 3 183 000 kWh during the delivery period, for the following energy consumption points:

2. The total volume of electricity supply may be reduced or increased depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than by 15% of the specified electricity quantity (i.e. +/- 477450 kWh).
