Estimated budget for the works: 4,565,000 EUR excl.

The project management contract for this operation includes a basic mission (ESQ - APS - APD - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR) according to the MOP law. With the following complementary missions: partial EXE (realization of DQE), SSI, SYN and OPC (in possible additional service).

The project will be developed in BIM.

Reconstruction of the headquarters of XL Habitat in Mont-de-Marsan of approximately 2,200 m 2 floor area and including the realization of:

- public reception areas,

- the management and administrative services of the head office,

- premises of the Mont-de-Marsan branch including an office part and a workshop part,

- logistics, personnel and technical premises allowing the proper functioning of the structure,

- outdoor spaces (forecourt, parking lots, green spaces).

The headquarters and antenna of XL Habitat are located in the immediate vicinity of air base 118 and have easy accessibility from the city center by bus, car and on foot.

The operation involves 90 to 95 agents.
