The purpose of this contract is to formalize the purchase of nights' accommodation from hotel bookers for individuals or families. The aim is to establish:- the conditions of accommodation for households, taking into account the quality criteria specified below;- the terms and conditions for booking and paying the cost of overnight stays;- the pricing conditions for the various services requested;- the rules on commercial relations, activity reports and control of accommodation establishments
