Ashfield District Council is seeking to appoint a design team for the refurbishment and extension of the theatre at Sutton Community Academy, NG17 1EE.

Consultant to establish and manage a team for the project to include the necessary design development through to RIBA Stage 7 including all disciplines but not limited to the appointment of a suitably qualified Architect, Structural Engineering, cost management, risk management, M&E, acoustics design and CDM.
