The tender contest applies to the delivery of various masses (gravel and crushed stone).

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured products for NOK 900,000 excluding VAT per year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 4.5 million excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Lots cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or more geographical zones/groups. Geographical zone division:

Zone 1: Loaded (masses collected by the municipality)

Zone 2: Sundre Oppsjø/ Storage

Zone 3: Torpo

Zone 4: Vats/ Leveld

Zone 5: Votndalen/Liagardane

Zone 6: Vestlia/Granhagen/ Strandalia/Bakketeigen

Zone 7: Kleivi

One supplier for each zone will be selected.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-13 until and including 2024-09-12 with an option for up to 2 years extension, 12 months at a time for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 supplier for each zone.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
