The object of the contract is related to the preparation of an execution project for the Construction of 3 Collective Housing Buildings (at Affordable Costs), lots 490, 491 and 493, located in the Urbanization of Quinta da Carapalha in Castelo Branco, in accordance with the objectives and requirements contained in the documents presented in the annex: Preliminary Program, Technical Conditions and under the terms of the legislation in force.

The construction of these 3 buildings aims to place on the real estate market a significant supply of affordable rental housing and, at the same time, ensure a quick response to the housing needs of this area.

The preparation of the project must comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 255/2023, of August 7, for the purposes provided for in Law No. 31/2009, of July 3, amended and republished by Law No. 40/2015, of June 1.
