Open tender contract subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1, R. 2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code.

The contracting authority shall not act on behalf of other contracting authorities.

The market concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the risks of damage to property, civil liability, car fleet, statutory and cyber risks.

In accordance with Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code, this contract is broken down into five (05) lots as described below.

Pursuant to Article L. 2112-5 of the Public Order Code, from their notification, each batch making up this consultation will become a separate contract.

Pursuant to Article R. 2151-8 of the Public Order Code, tenderers are entitled to submit in annex variants to the optional provisions but provided that they meet the basic offer at least.

— fire/lightning/explosions,

— damage to electrical and electronic appliances,

— bombings/vandalism all damage,

— collision of third-party vehicles/fall of air navigation apparatus,

- water damage,

— storms/hell/snow weight/natural disasters,

— theft,

- broken glass.

— civil liability for all general services and ancillary services managed by the subscriber;

— civil liability as owner of immovables for all of the subscriber's assets, including reporting buildings, buildings assigned to ancillary services and any installations attached to services the operation of which is entrusted to third parties by way of a concession contract, leasing, delegation of public service or any other agreement, where the policyholder retains ownership responsibility;

— accidental damage to the environment;

— required civil/trainees and volunteer collaborators;

— vehicles and/or boats requisitioned and impounded;

— CR committing/need of service;

— fire fighting and perils threatening public safety;

— inexcusable misconduct — including personal misconduct — and intentional misconduct;

— recourse by the State for compensation for damage suffered by its staff and for acts of violence (Ordinance of 7.1.1959 — Law of 7.1.1983 — Decree of 21.10.1983);

— theft by attendants;

— responsibilities related to all the competences covered by decentralization laws;

— responsibility to mayors/assistants/municipal councillors and special delegates.

For the entire park:

- civil liability without limitation of sum for bodily injury and up to EUR 100,000,000 for material and immaterial damage;

- defense and recourse up to EUR 15,000;

— flight/fire with a deductible of EUR 1 000 for all vehicles;

— assistance without kilometre deductible.

For light vehicles (- from 3.5 t) and two wheels from 0 to 5 years included:

— damage for all accidents with a deductible of EUR 1 000.

For heavy goods vehicles (over 3.5 t) and special vehicles from 0 to 8 years old inclusive:

— damage for all accidents with a deductible of EUR 1 000.

- death,

— accidents and illnesses attributable to service with a 30-day deductible.

— infringement of information/data replenishment;

— theft of personal data and notification fees;

— fraud/malicianty/cyber extorsion/cyber ransom /cyber hijacking;

— cyber civil liability;

- damage to e-reputation;

— identity theft (unauthorized use of logins, passwords, IP addresses or e-mail);

— monetary penalty imposed by an administrative authority;

— Consequential operating losses/additional costs;

— 24/7 help/hotline crisis management;

- juridic protection.
