1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the development of draft protection plans for 5 landscape parks: the Lower Oder Valley Landscape Park, the Drawski Landscape Park, the Cedynia Landscape Park (together with the area of the West Pomeranian part of the Ujście Warty Landscape Park), the Barlinecko-Gorzowski Landscape Park (in part located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship) and updating protection plans for 2 landscape parks: the Szeciński Landscape Park in the Puszcza Bukowa and the Iński Landscape Park.

2. A detailed description of the Object of the Order is set out in Annex 5 to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the update of the protection plan for the Szczecin Landscape Park in the Puszcza Bukowa.

2. The selection of the best bid will be made for each lot separately according to the following bid evaluation criteria:

Price - 60%

Experience of persons indicated for the performance of the contract - 40%

3. The price criterion for each task will be calculated according to the following formula:

(Price of the lowest offer / Price of the examined offer) x 60 = number of points for the price criterion.

4. The criterion, the experience of persons designated for implementation for each task will be calculated on the basis of the following list (according to Annex 1a to the ToR) as follows:

- At least 1 service / work performed - 0 points,

- 2-3 services / works performed - 4 points,

- 4 and more services / works performed - 8 points

5. The results within the criteria will be rounded to two decimal places according to the rounding rules.

6. Next, the points within criteria 1-2 will be added together. The sum of points awarded under the criteria will be the result of the offer evaluation. The highest number of points calculated in the above way decides about recognizing the offer as the most advantageous.
