Extent
The assignment is intended to provide travel agency services in Sweden and abroad. The assignment includes providing personal service (offline) and self-booking systems (online).
The assignment shall be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the procurement document. The content and scope of the assignment are specified in the procurement document's requirements specification and in the Appendix Fee Matrix.

Agreement Term
The framework agreement will enter into force when it has been signed by both parties, but no earlier than 2023-02-01. The framework agreement is valid for 24 months.
Extension of the contract period can take place on several occasions. However, the total extension period can reach a maximum of 24 months. Should the buyer not wish to extend the agreement, or wish to extend the agreement for less than twelve months per contract period, the buyer will notify this in writing, no later than three (3) months before the end of each contract period. Unless otherwise announced, the contract is automatically extended for twelve months at a time with unchanged terms. After the end of the last contract period, the agreement expires.
In the event that the contract period in the contract head deviates from the above, the above terms shall take precedence.
Estimated value and ceiling volume
The estimated value of the framework agreement during the entire term of the agreement, including any extension clauses, amounts to SEK 72,000,000 (excluding VAT).
The estimated value and any other specified quantities in the document are based on the turnover of existing framework agreements, expected quantities and what has emerged in the analysis prior to the procurement. No guaranteed volumes are left.
The ceiling volume of the framework agreement is SEK 80,000,000 (excluding VAT).
If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches the specified ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, the buyer has the right to terminate the framework agreement to immediate effect.
