Requirements and a detailed "Description of the subject of the contract", hereinafter: OPZ, are included in the Annex to the ToR. The offered subject of the contract should meet at least the functions and parameters set out in Annex 1 to the ToR - specified as limit parameters. If the OPZ uses to describe the subject of the order of the indications or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer or product or standards are indicated, the Employer allows the use of equivalent products, which should be understood as products with parameters not worse than those presented in the OPZ, meeting the requirements of the Employer, at least in the same scope what requirements in OPZ, and the Contractor whose offer is rated the highest will be required to submit an accurate description of the products offered, which will result in maintaining equivalence
