This tender involves supplying, placing a connection of heat stations (IWAS and WOS) in multiple variants and different quantities for district heat.
IWAS (Indirect Heat Delivery Station)The IWAS (Indirect Heat Delivery Station) is an installation built on a frame that transfers heat from a transport network via a heat exchanger to a customer installation. The IWAS-connected systems (transport network and customer installation) are hydraulically separated.
The installation & connection of the IWAS means:
— the decline and placement of IWAS in space,
— the mechanical connection of IWAS,
— setting the heat meter,
— the electrical connection of the IWAS,
— placing warning and safety signs,
— delivering ready to work,
— e.e.a. in a technical room of Vattenfall's customer.
WOS (Heat Transfer Station)The WOS (Heat Transfer Station) is an installation built on a frame that transmits heat from a transport network via a heat exchanger to a district network. The WOS connected systems (transport network and district network) are hydraulically separated from each other. The WOS provides hot water distribution through the district network, manages pressure balance and regulates pressure differential and temperature in the district network.
The installation & connection of the WOS means:
— the decline and placement of WOS in space,
— the primary mechanical connection of the WOS,
— the secondary mechanical connection of the WOS,
— supply and connection of expansion and degasser,
— mechanical ventilation,
— the electrical installation,
— placing warning and safety signs,
— delivering ready to work,
— e.e.a. in a Vattenfall setup room.
