The procurement consists of:

— Equipment, software and associated services,

— Maintenance, regulated in a separate maintenance agreement.

The framework and maintenance agreements cover Customs and Excise and all customs regions (Customs region Oslo and Akershus, Customs region Sør-Norge, Customs region Vest-Norge, Customs region Øst-Norge, Customs region Midt-Norge and Customs region Nord-Norge). The supplier must be able to offer a nationwide service network.

The framework agreement shall include the Tenderer's products offered on defined and agreed terms, and solutions based upon the products tendered in this contract.

The framework agreement involves no obligation to buy for the Award authority or any exclusive right for the tenderer to deliver to the Award authority within the framework agreement.

The Maintenance agreement includes maintenance of the Customer's existing equipment and software, as well as new equipment and new software called-off under the framework agreement.
