1.The subject of the order is the supply of LPG gas (propan-butane) to the Fuel Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok, specified in Annex No 1 to SWZ — Detailed description of the object of the order.

2.The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

3.Forecast quantity of fuel to purchase on a scale of 12 months: Propan-butane gas (LPG) CN: 2711 19 00, 2711 12, 2711 13, 27 11 14 00 - in quantity 260,000 l

4.The Contracting Authority has a concession for the marketing of liquefied LPG gas, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 32 (1), point 4 of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2020.833 t.j. of late, zm). The subject of the activity covered by the concession constitutes an economic activity in the trading of liquid fuels covered by CN codes: Butane propane gas (CN: 27111900, CN 271112, CN 2711 13, CN 27111400).

5.The Contracting Authority does not trade in liquid fuels with foreign countries

The subject of the order is the supply of propane butane gas (LPG) to the Fuel Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok, detailed in Annex 1 to SWZ — Detailed description of the object of the order. Supply of propan-butane gas (LPG): 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract — successive deliveries, as required. Proceedings are carried out using the MiniPortal (https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/).

The supply of propan-butane gas (LPG) in the amount of 260,000 l. The quantity provided is an estimate/forecast value which may decrease during the course of the contract depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the order:200,000 l of LPG gas (propane butane) during the term of the contract.

Propan-butane gas (LPG) should comply with the requirements set out in standard PN-EN 589:2019 -04 or equivalent and comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 14 April 2016 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (OJ 2016, 540).
