In its business operations, the Contracting Authority needs the possibility to fill in temporary positions in addition to permanent employees through Payroll. In this way, Contracting Authority can use knowledge and expertise where necessary. The need for payrolls has arisen to maintain some flexibility in staffing, including, for example, short replacement in case of illness.

The estimated value is €300,000 per year. This is an indication, no rights can be derived from this. For the entire term of the agreement, the estimated total value is €1,200,000. Contracting authority shall be entitled to terminate the framework agreement in the interim if the said estimated total value has been used by Contracting Authority before the end of the agreed contract duration. If Contracting Authority makes use of this possibility, Contracting Authority shall not owe any costs or compensation to contractor/supplier.
