The purpose of the tender is to aqcuire a modern cloud based analytics platform that can be used by the Strategic Management of Measurements (SMM) and other DONG Energy entities for similar analytics needs. As SMM will be the first user of the platform, requirements in this tender is to some extend derived from the needs of SMM.

The purpose of the Strategic Management of Measurements (SMM) is to systematically secure site specific measurements of wind, waves, loads and power curves etc. in order to enable high quality analysis to support decision making across the organization during the entire project lifecycle from development to decommissioning of wind farms. Having access to measurement data will help in assessing site conditions during the development phase and during execution on site hereby supporting design activities and operational activities offshore.
