89081 Ulm, Stuttgarter Str. 199, Wilhelmsburg barracks -GBM- redevelopment sales and Disposal, engineering services according to Part 3 Section 3 HOAI (engineering structures) in service phases 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 with the local construction supervision. Additional special services are optionally available. The services are ordered in stages. Applications for partial services are not possible. The application form specified by the client must be filled in and signed.

The intention is to commission property planning services for civil engineering structures in accordance with Part 3 Section 3 HOAI for the planning and implementation of the remedial measures for the sewage and water supply in the Wilhelmsburg barracks in Ulm.

The existing water and wastewater network is to be renovated or rebuilt due to the damage found. A legally compliant condition is to be achieved and the system is to be adapted to the structural development of the property.

A property-related wastewater concept (LAK) and a property-related water supply concept (LWK) were set up as preliminary investigations. These documents form the basis of planning in addition to ES-Bau Part I-IV.

The estimated total construction costs of the measure are approx. EUR 10 200 000 gross. Completion is scheduled for 06/2029.
