The municipality of Groningen is the central municipality of the Labour Market Region Groningen and is looking for a service provider on behalf of the Labour Market Region Groningen who can provide (legal) advice and support in the implementation of and representation to the Policy Implementation Service and the government in accordance with the applicable ESF laws and regulations during the duration of the ESF+ period 2024-2027.

The municipality of Groningen is the central municipality of the Labour Market Region Groningen and is looking for a service provider on behalf of the Labour Market Region Groningen who can provide (legal) advice and support in the implementation of and representation to the Policy Implementation Service and the government in accordance with the applicable ESF laws and regulations during the duration of the ESF+ period 2024-2027. In any case, this shall mean:

- Process guidance during the preparation of the grant application;

- Guidance during and support during the implementation phase;

- Guidance and support final declaration including the associated final inspection.
