Contracting of the cleaning service of the buildings and municipal premises assigned to the City Council of Parets del Vallès, and of the service of monitoring and quality control of the cleaning of the buildings and municipal premises attached to the City Council of Parets del Vallès.

This lot aims to regulate the contracting of the cleaning service of the buildings and municipal premises attached to the City Council of Parets del Vallès; these services include cleaning itself, as well as the contribution of all machinery, tools, cleaning products, accessories, consumables and consumables necessary for the integral and complete provision of the service, in accordance with the characteristics contained in the Specification of technical prescriptions (PPTP, hereinafter) of this tender.

The contract includes:

• Labor

• Material

• Machinery

• Auxiliary Means

• And any general expenses and issues related to the cleaning service and detailed within this specification and its annexes.

This Lot 2 corresponds to the contracting of the Monitoring and Quality Control Service of the cleaning service of buildings and municipal premises that you want to hire in LOT 1.

The service that is tendered consists of the supervision and evaluation of the provision and quality of the services offered by the company awarded the LOT1 within the framework of the cleaning contract for the buildings and municipal premises attached to the City Council of Parets del Vallès, which will be signed once lot1 has been awarded.

Throughout the contract, the successful tenderer must perform the tasks defined in the technical specifications for monitoring and quality control of all the services provided for in LOT 1, as well as the confirmation of correct execution and at the required periodicity.

The tasks foreseen in this contract are the following:

1. Inspections and data collection.

2. Evaluation of the data collected.

3. Issuance of corresponding reports on the level of compliance and the quality of the service.

4. Review of monthly billing, for possible deductions.
