RESOLUTION 1177E/2023, of 13 December, of the Director-General for Telecommunications and Digitalisation, approving the contracting dossier for the subscription, maintenance and support of a new structural fund management system (FE 2021-2027) for the period 2024-2027, by open procedure above the European threshold.

The purpose of this contract is the subscription, maintenance and support of a new management system for structural funds (FE 2021-2027) during the period 2024-2027.This management must be contemplated in an information system that allows:

- Communication with the database available to the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service through the web service it provides.

-Communication with the database available to the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy through the massive upload of the files of operations, expenses, indicators and verifications, of ESF+ of the Autonomous Community of Navarre for this period.

-The management of the ERDF and ESF+ Funds in the Government of Navarre with the new table structure.

-The automatic incorporation of the economic data of the Structural Funds from the Accounting System of the Government of Navarre SAP-GE21.
