The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Poświętne Municipality and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Poświętne, in a way that ensures the achievement of the level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste in the amount of at least 45% by weight for 2024 and not exceeding the level of landfilling at the level of 30% for 2024. The service should be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Poświętne Commune, Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners, Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 and other generally applicable regulations. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Commune Office in Poświętne, schools, schools and kindergartens, the Municipal Nursery in Poświętne and Volunteer Fire Brigades from the area of the Poświętne Commune. A detailed description of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference and Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of liquid waste from school facilities, the Municipal Nursery in Poświętne, the Commune Office in Poświętne, the Department of Municipal Economy in Poświętne/the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Poświętne and the septic tank located on the property at Międzyleś 11B. The procedure may be attended by a Contractor who has a valid permit to operate in the field of emptying septic tanks and transport of liquid waste, issued by the Head of the Poświętne Commune, in accordance with Article 7 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended). Collection of liquid waste will take place after a telephone or e-mail notification by the Ordering Party or a representative of a given facility for the purpose of providing the service.
