Project management mission for the agro-urban project of the northern plain in the municipality of EmerainvilleThe basic mission composed of the following elements:- Preliminary design studies (Avp) or updating of the AVP; - Project studies (Pro) or updating of the PRO; - Assistance in the award of works contracts (Act); - vISA of execution documents; - Construction Execution Directorate (DT); - Assistance during acceptance operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Aor), including follow-up of the completion and reinforcement periods. Additional missions:- environmental authorisation, "Water Law" - development and monitoring of the SOE, - coordination of concessionaires, support of the project owner for work near the networks; - elaboration of the two Plaine Nord lot sheets (one for the Plaine Nord in a firm tranche and one for the B3.1b lot in an optional tranche) - architectural quality monitoring on the Plaine Nord lot, - Edge management planThe contract consists of a firm tranche and an optional tranche.
