This consultation concerns the development work for all trades in the lower square of the Lyon Part-Dieu multimodal exchange center (PEM). The market is divided into two lots. Lot one concerns the construction of two structural steel structures: a large awning and a circular bicycle ramp. Lot two concerns the construction of equipment and the layout of the spaces in the lower square, including a pedestrian public space, a bike station, a taxi rank, entry and exit structures to the complex, a metro corridor, a technical gallery, a retention basin.
