The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery, implementation, maintenance and provision of warranty services of the integrated ERP class System in the field of functionality: finance and accounting, HR and payroll, purchases, sales, warehouse management, fixed assets, vehicle management and road cards, analyzes, employee portal with a SQL database; training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of operation, operation, configuration and parameterization of the ERP System. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annexes 2 and 2a to the Terms of Contract. All requirements set out in the procedural documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, as part of the performance of this contract, performs all works necessary to launch in the offered ERP System:

a) all functionalities specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order and Functional Requirements,

b) any other necessary work resulting from the Pre-Implementation Analysis and the Detailed Implementation Schedule.

Knowledge regarding the migration of data described in the procurement documents is on the side of the Contractor.
