The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) for all parts of the proceedings is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

After the conclusion of the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ and concern

of all parts of the contract) it will constitute an annex to the contract.

This contract is part of a larger contract awarded in lots the estimated value of which exceeds the Union thresholds referred to in Article 3

paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act in relation to supplies.
