The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Łańcut Commune, where residents live, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Łańcut Commune, where residents live, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

1.1. Non-segregated (mixed) waste and bio-waste constituting municipal waste will be received:

(a) of single-family residential buildings:

- in the period from 1 June to 31 August - at least once every two weeks,

- in the remaining period - once a month;

b) from multi-apartment buildings: at least once every 10 days.

1.2. Collection of segregated waste once a month, in accordance with the schedule set by the Contractor.

1.3. Collection of waste from bus stops at least once a month in accordance with the schedule set by the Contractor.

1.4. Collection of construction and demolition waste at the request of the Ordering Party and the resident.

1.5. Supply of residential properties with 120 l bags marked with the type of waste to be collected in them, having colors in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906)

1.6. Delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family housing (cooperatives and housing associations) in the municipality, with the proviso that the owner of the property on his own and at his own expense supplies containers for collecting municipal waste
