Technical description of the task, functional requirements 1.1.1. Support tasks for operation The purpose of the services is to provide second-level system support for MAVIR Zrt (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) in a monthly fee structure with continuous, 7*24-hour availability. The monthly operation support includes troubleshooting and consultation/support for operation (within the fixed monthly 100 hour framework). The hours can be rolled over and transferred freely during the support period. The Contractor's expectation within the framework of network operation support includes the following tasks (for the Contractor's LAN-WAN and data center network, as well as network security systems and related management systems collectively): • participation in the troubleshooting process; • support for the preparation of developments and new solutions, implementation as necessary; • active device-side support for modifications to physical (L1) network connections, preparation of necessary documentation; • support for modifications to L2 and L3 logical network connections; • support for network services, discussing necessary configurations; • modification of network security rule systems according to user and application requirements; • operation of network management systems together with the Contractor's professionals; • participation as an expert in HW/SW developments; • periodic performance monitoring; • consultative participation in the preparation and testing of disaster plans; • keeping documentation up to date together with the Contractor's professionals; • escalating detected software bugs to manufacturers; • handling RMAs to manufacturers; • installing security software and firmware updates in case of vulnerabilities, when new versions are released 1.1.2. Transitional provisions A key task from the entry into force of the contract is to create the conditions for operational functioning. The specific schedules and tasks will be coordinated by the relevant areas after the contract is signed. In performing this, both parties must act with the expected diligence. These tasks must be executed within one month from the entry into force of the contract. Such tasks may include: • collecting necessary permissions in the ordering party's systems, sharing necessary information, requests, settings; • installing, configuring, and testing system components necessary for assistance; • collecting necessary permissions in systems used on behalf of the Client (e.g., manufacturer platforms), performing necessary authorizations; • sharing information necessary for understanding the processes related to the systems, system components covered by the contract, handling access to documentation; providing personal consultations if necessary; 2. The monthly time frame is transferable throughout the duration of the Contract, meaning the Contractor is not obliged to utilize the amount specified in this point on a monthly basis, and the time frame that was not used in a given month can be utilized by the Contractor at any time during the term of the contract. The full name of the procedure: Support for the operation of network and network security infrastructure (2025-2027) The Contract Value net 601,006,465 Ft + VAT The Contracting Authority undertakes an obligation to invoke at least 70% of the Contract Value, with the stipulation that the basic services are continuously performed by the winning bidder throughout the duration of the contract, and that the parties consider it to be invoked during the term of the contract. The use of optionally callable Additional services is only possible during the contract term, to the extent of the relevant amount proposed for Additional services during the bid submission, by issuing an occasional order. The Contracting Authority has the right to allocate any number of portions of the part of the Contract Value not burdened with invocation obligation and may freely dispose of it; moreover, the Contracting Authority reserves the right that it may not issue any occasional order against the part of the Contract Value not affected by the invocation obligation. If during the term of the Contract the Contract Value is not exhausted, the Contracting Authority is entitled to extend the temporal effect of the Contract with a unilateral written legal declaration addressed to the Winning Bidder, at most for one time and for a maximum of 12 months, of which the Winning Bidder must be notified no later than 60 days before the original expiration of the performance period of the Contract.
