The purpose of this procedure is the modification of the traditional toilets and PMR existing in the proposed stations, in self-cleaning toilets, carrying out all the operations that are necessary for the supply, installation and maintenance thereof, requiring the supply of drinking water, energy electricity and access to the sanitation network.

The new facilities will have a remote monitoring system and will be included in the station's self-protection plans, adjusting to what is specified in the CTE DB SI, as well as in the fire protection regulations, coordinating with the facilities currently in service of the station.

Supply, installation and maintenance of self-cleaning toilets in eight stations in Madrid's Cercanías nucleus: Atocha Cercanías, El Escorial, Doce de Octubre, Aranjuez, Nuevos Ministerios, Tres Cantos, Alcalá de Henares and Villalba.
