This is a contract for intellectual services relating to a project management mission. The services expected under this contract are broken down into three distinct phases:

- phase 1 - analysis of the existing situation and surveys on site;

- phase nº 2 - technical and economic analysis of the various possibilities for bringing them back into conformity;

- phase 3 - arbitration and drafting of final audit reports.
