BOOKING, SALE AND SUCCESSIVE DELIVERY OF TRAVEL TICKETS

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The terms of performance of the contract are contained in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and in these tender specifications. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract and SWZ with the diligence required in this type of activity and with the principles of professional professionalism and applicable regulations.
